LUMA HOME delivers furniture across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Free GTA delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over $200 within our GTA service area. Orders under $200 are quoted at checkout.

If your postal code is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach you.

How delivery works

You order online. We confirm by email.
We contact you to book a day. We call or text the number on your order to arrange a window that works for you.
We deliver. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the order.

Timeframes

Most in-stock items are delivered within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, traffic, supplier delays or events outside our control.

What standard delivery includes

Delivery is to your door or ground-floor entrance. Unless agreed in advance in writing, it does not include:

Carrying items up or down stairs
Assembly or installation
Removal of packaging
Removal or disposal of old furniture

If you need any of these, contact us before ordering so we can quote it.

Please measure first

It is your responsibility to check the item will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators. Dimensions are on every product page. If an item cannot be delivered because it does not fit, or access is unsafe or obstructed, return charges apply.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is available during the agreed window, or we cannot safely access the property, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
