LUMA HOME delivers furniture across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, with free delivery and cash on delivery within the GTA. No minimum spend, no delivery charge added at checkout. Below is exactly where we go and how it works.
Is delivery free everywhere in the GTA?
Yes. Free delivery applies to every order we take across the areas listed on this page, whether you are buying a single nightstand or furnishing a three-bedroom house. There is no minimum order value, no fuel surcharge and no handling fee.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. After you order, we call or text the number on your order to book a delivery window that suits you, and confirm the day before. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be present to receive and sign for the order.
These are estimates rather than guarantees — weather, traffic and supplier timing can move them. If you need something by a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What does free delivery include?
Delivery is to your door or ground-floor entrance. To keep it free on every order, standard delivery does not include:
- Carrying items up or down stairs
- Assembly or installation
- Removal of packaging
- Removal or disposal of old furniture
If you need any of these, ask before ordering and we will quote it separately.
Toronto
We deliver throughout the City of Toronto, including downtown and the waterfront condo corridor, East York, York, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. Downtown condo deliveries are routine for us — most of our bed frames and tables ship flat-packed, and boxed mattresses fit in a standard elevator. If your building requires a booked service elevator or a certificate of insurance, tell us when you order so we can arrange it in advance.
Mississauga
Free delivery across Mississauga, including Square One and City Centre, Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills, Cooksville, Port Credit, Clarkson, Malton and Lisgar. We are based in Mississauga, so this is our home turf.
Brampton
Free delivery throughout Brampton, including Bramalea, Springdale, Heart Lake, Mount Pleasant, Castlemore and Downtown Brampton. Brampton is one of our busiest areas for full bedroom sets and 7-piece dining sets.
Scarborough
Free delivery across Scarborough, including Agincourt, Malvern, Rouge, Guildwood, Birch Cliff, Woburn and Scarborough Town Centre.
Vaughan
Free delivery across Vaughan, including Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Concord and Kleinburg.
North York and Etobicoke
Free delivery throughout North York (Willowdale, Don Mills, Bayview Village, Downsview, York Mills) and Etobicoke (Mimico, Long Branch, Rexdale, Islington, The Queensway).
Markham and Richmond Hill
Free delivery across Markham (Unionville, Milliken, Cornell, Markham Village) and Richmond Hill (Oak Ridges, Bayview Hill, Langstaff).
Durham Region
Free delivery to Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa.
Halton Region
Free delivery to Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills, including Georgetown and Acton.
Northern GTA
Free delivery to Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Stouffville and Caledon.
I'm just outside the GTA. Can you still deliver?
Possibly. If you are in Hamilton, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Bowmanville or somewhere else on the edge of our range, send your postal code to 437-993-0073 and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you and on what terms.
Please measure before you order
Check the item will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators. Dimensions are listed on every product page. If something cannot be delivered because it does not fit, or access is unsafe or blocked, that is treated as a change-of-mind return and return charges apply — so it is worth two minutes with a tape measure.
Do you offer pickup?
No. LUMA HOME is online-only with no showroom or warehouse counter, so every order is delivered. There is no cost saving to be had from picking up — delivery is already free.
